How Can shoulder Pain Along With Stomach Discomfort Be Treated?

I have pain n my eft shoulder but only when i poop it feels kinda like a cramp goes up my spine and my into my left shoulder. Any idea what it could be??? Also apart from that i have weird movements in my stomach, i feel something pushing up against my rib and moving what feels like could be my intestines, any ideas???

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

As per your history it looks you might be having a hiatus hernia, for that you need to get an upper abdominal ultrasound done.

Visit a gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan after USG.

You can take pantoprazole to avoid any stomach upset.
